As low-budget travelers, we loved the fast check-in process, helpful staff, and randomly generated usernames and passwords for the internet. The view from our room was exceptional, and the comfortable bed and godlike pillows made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast on the 5th floor had a lovely view and offered a delicious array of options, with the fried eggs and toast being a highlight.
We felt looked after and had no complaints.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the marina. It was a great location with easy access to the old town, where we found amazing places to eat and shop. the staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive, especially when my sister fell ill. They allowed us to check in early and even took us to the hospital when there were no taxis available. They took care of me during a difficult time and I can't thank them enough.
The breakfast wasn't up to par, with limited choices and everything overly sweet. the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the corridors and our room, left much to be desired.

Great location near bus terminal and marina with fantastic view from balcony. Top floor restaurant has stunning views and good buffet food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooftop pool has plenty of sunloungers to go round. Room cleaning and staff were pleasant and courteous, even offered early check-in and lunch voucher. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently situated near various means of transportation, and the central location offers plenty of options for entertainment and dining. the hotel overlooks the marina, which provides a stunning view. the proximity to the ferry to the Deserted Island is a bonus.
The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, with dust covering most of the surfaces and the bathroom counter strewn with hairs.

We loved this place! The location was amazing, right by the marina and close to everything in the city. The staff from the doorman to the room cleaners were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even made an effort to return an item we left behind. The amenities were impressive, with a rooftop pool and a fitness studio, and the spa and wellness centre was a real treat. We enjoyed a range of massages and beauty treatments during our stay and the spa lounge was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we also appreciated the poolside snack bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooftop on this hotel boasts spectacular views of the nearby nature reserve and over the town, especially during sunset. The cocktails at the rooftop bar are delicious and the breakfast spread is magnificent. I definitely recommend this hotel.
